Bendy and the Ink Machine
How to Play Bendy and the Ink Machine?
Bendy and the Ink Machine sets its horror inside a 1930s rubber-hose cartoon studio rather than the usual abandoned house or spaceship, you play Henry, a retired animator drawn back to his old workplace, only to find it flooded with ink and haunted by twisted versions of the cartoon characters he once drew.
Each chapter mixes environmental puzzle-solving, valves, gears, ink-flow machinery scattered through the studio's halls, with tense stretches of hiding or running from Bendy himself, who can't be fought directly in the early game. Searching fully-drawn rooms for hidden tools and audio logs rewards patience, since the studio's backstory (and the safest routes past its ink-soaked hazards) is told almost entirely through what you find lying around rather than through direct exposition. Poppy Playtime runs a similar mix of environmental puzzles and a corrupted mascot stalking you through an abandoned workplace.
