Every purchase raises your cookies per second, and the numbers grow far past the point where clicking matters.

How to Play Cookie Clicker Unblocked

Controls

• Left click the big cookie - bake one cookie, plus whatever your click upgrades add
• Click a building or upgrade in the right-hand panel to buy it
• Shift-click a building - buy or sell in bulk (use the x10 and x100 toggles too)
• Click golden cookies the moment they appear anywhere on screen - they vanish after a few seconds

The first ten minutes

Click until you can afford a cursor, then a grandma, then keep buying whichever building is cheapest until the next tier unlocks. Upgrades almost always beat buildings: an upgrade that doubles grandma output is usually worth more than ten more grandmas. Once cookies per second passes a few hundred, the game plays itself and your job becomes deciding what to spend on.

Golden Cookies, Sugar Lumps and Ascension

• Golden cookies appear at random for a few seconds. Clicking one gives a bonus such as Frenzy (production multiplied for a short time), Lucky (an instant pile of cookies) or Click Frenzy. Chaining two together is where the huge numbers come from.
• Sugar lumps start growing once you are deep enough in, and are spent levelling up individual buildings or unlocking minigames like the garden and the stock market.
• Ascension resets your bakery in exchange for heavenly chips, which buy permanent upgrades that make the next run far faster. It feels like losing everything and is the single biggest boost in the game.

Tips to Bake Faster

• Buy upgrades before buildings. A multiplier applies to everything you already own; one more grandma does not.
• Never ignore a golden cookie. One Lucky click early on can be worth an hour of idling, so keep the tab visible while you work on something else.
• Save your big purchase for a Frenzy. During a Frenzy your production is multiplied, so a Lucky cookie clicked in that window pays out far more.
• Ascend sooner than feels comfortable. Most players hoard for too long; the first ascension at a few hundred heavenly chips speeds up everything that follows.
• Pop wrinklers last. The creatures that latch onto the cookie slow you down but return more than they ate when you finally burst them.
• Export your save. Options gives you a save string - keep it somewhere, because a cleared browser or a different computer means starting from one cookie again.
