Crossy Road

Crossy Road takes the old arcade formula of crossing a busy road and removes the fixed end point entirely, there's no finish line, only a procedurally generated strip of traffic, rivers, and rail crossings that keeps extending as long as you keep making it across safely.

Because each row is generated independently, pausing on a safe lane to read the next few rows of traffic tends to survive longer than committing to a hop before you've seen what's coming, cars and logs don't telegraph their speed until they're already moving toward you. Rivers add a layer traffic doesn't have, floating logs carry you sideways while you're standing on them, so a jump timed for a lane's center can still land you in the water if you don't account for the drift.
