Eggy Car

Eggy Car puts the actual fail condition somewhere other than the car itself: the egg riding in the back seat isn't strapped down, and every hill, jump, or hard landing risks bouncing it clean out of the vehicle, which ends the run regardless of how intact the car still is.

Because the egg's physics react to the car's motion with a slight delay, easing off the gas before cresting a hill tends to keep it settled better than flooring it the whole way, a car that soars off a ramp usually leaves the egg behind mid-air. Collected strength upgrades stack toward outlasting rougher terrain later on, so grabbing them along a safer stretch of road is worth the small detour rather than skipping straight past for distance.
