Fury Foot

Most shooters give you a gun and a knife. Fury Foot gives you a bare foot and a stopwatch. Every level is a graffiti-covered corridor full of doors, bottles, pizza boxes and angry thugs, and the fastest way through all of them is the same: kick.

Kick First, Shoot Later

Fury Foot is a first-person action game by ShakabuyGames. You start each stage in a narrow hallway facing a closed door with a sign that literally says "Kick that door". One boot and it flies across the room, taking anyone standing behind it along for the ride. Enemies go down the same way. Guns do show up - you can pick them up and fire them - but the foot is always there, never needs reloading and is usually the funnier option.

A timer at the top of the screen counts every second you spend in a level, and three hearts in the corner are all the health you get. Clearing rooms quickly and cleanly is the whole challenge, which makes it very easy to say "one more try".

• W, A, S, D - move

• F - kick (the in-level signs also show the mouse button for kicking)
• Left mouse button - shoot when you are holding a weapon
• TAB - pause

How to Get Faster Times

• Kick doors into people. A door knocked off its hinges is a projectile - line it up with whoever is waiting on the other side.
• Do not stop to aim. Keep moving forward and kick as you arrive; standing still is how you lose hearts.
• Grab weapons for crowded rooms. When several enemies are spread out, a picked-up gun clears the space faster than walking up to each one.
• Learn the layout. Levels are short, so a second run with the route memorised can cut your time dramatically.
