Madness Accelerant
How to Play Madness Accelerant?
Madness Accelerant keeps the stick-figure Madness Combat series' signature over-the-top violence but compresses it into short, replayable rounds, which trades the franchise's usual cinematic pacing for a tighter loop of constant enemy pressure from every direction at once.
Because enemies close in from multiple sides rather than a single front, retreating to a corner or chokepoint tends to reduce how many directions you have to defend at once compared to fighting in open ground. Bosses interrupt the normal enemy rhythm with entirely different attack patterns, so treating each boss round as its own fight rather than more of the same crowd-clearing helps avoid getting caught off guard by an unfamiliar attack. Madness Project Nexus covers the same universe's mission-based, shoot-and-hack combat in a longer campaign format.
