Because outcomes depend on how tools interact rather than any single tool's effect in isolation, combining two or three items into one setup, a trap triggering a vehicle triggering an explosion, tends to produce more interesting results than testing each tool separately. Saving a favorite combination as a scene worth returning to is often more satisfying than starting from scratch every session.
