Planet Destruction gives you a slowly spinning planet and a sidebar full of ways to ruin its day. Fire a laser, drop a meteor shower, send in the aliens - then watch the crust crack open, the oceans boil and the population counter drop.

What Is Planet Destruction?

Planet Destruction is a space destruction simulator from Boop Games, built in Unity with detailed planet textures and fiery real-time effects. Two readouts in the corner track how intact the planet is and how many of its inhabitants are left, and every bit of damage you do earns coins.

Those coins are the progression. Cheap weapons get you started, and saving up unlocks heavier artillery such as bomber ships, rocket barrages and alien invasions. Beyond Earth there are other worlds to target, and challenge lists set specific goals - destroying a particular planet or even a space station - for extra rewards.

How to Play Planet Destruction

Controls

• Click a weapon on the right - select it
• Click or hold on the planet - fire at that spot
• Pause / Play / Fast-forward - control the speed of the simulation
• + and - - zoom in and out; Restart - rebuild the planet

Pick a weapon, aim at the part of the planet you want gone and click. Locked weapons show their price in coins - tap one when you can afford it to unlock it permanently. The planet selector on the left lets you swap targets, and the shield button protects a world if you want to test how much punishment it can take.

The Arsenal

• Lasers carve precise trenches through continents and are the easiest way to aim damage.
• Meteors and comets rain down for area damage that leaves glowing craters behind.
• Rockets and ships bring heavier strikes once you have the coins to unlock them.
• UFOs, aliens and biohazards go after the population rather than the rock itself.

Tips for Faster Destruction

• Spend coins as soon as you can. Each new weapon destroys faster, which earns coins faster still.
• Hit the same spot repeatedly. Concentrated damage breaks through the crust far quicker than spreading it around.
• Use fast-forward. Burning and falling debris keep working while time runs faster.
• Check the challenges. Goals like destroying a specific planet pay out more than random chaos.
• Try both counters. Some weapons wreck the planet, others wipe out its people - completing both is where the big numbers are.
