Sharkosaurus Rampage

Somebody in a secret underground lab thought crossing a shark with a dinosaur was a good idea. Sharkosaurus Rampage is what happens next: sixteen levels of teeth, tail and property damage as the experiment breaks loose and eats its way to freedom.

The Monster Escape

Sharkosaurus Rampage is a side-scrolling action platformer by GameTornado. You start inside the lab surrounded by guards and scientists, and the path out runs through armoured vehicles, military jeeps, jetpack soldiers, quad bikes and monster trucks. Later on the military brings tanks, helicopters and jet planes, and at the end something even bigger - a dragon-like monster - is waiting for you.

Every building and vehicle you wreck drops gold. Spend it between levels on more health and more speed, and on special attacks such as atomic breath and a hurricane spin that rips through anything nearby. Grab the ammo boxes along the way and the sharkosaurus even gets a laser gun.

Controls

• W, A, S, D or Arrow keys - move and jump
• Left mouse button - bite, or shoot when you have the laser
• Esc - pause

Best played on a computer with a keyboard and mouse.

Rampage Tips

• Eat to heal. Chomping guards and staff tops up your health, so keep biting even in the middle of a fight.
• Destroy everything. Landmarks and vehicles pay out gold, and upgrades are what make the late levels survivable.
• Buy health first. Extra health gives you room to learn each level; speed and specials come next.
• Save the laser for air units. Helicopters and jets are much easier to take down from range.
