Buckshot Roulette

Buckshot Roulette replaces a single spinning chamber with something colder: both you and your opponent know exactly how many live and blank shells are loaded into the shotgun, you just don't know the order, which turns every turn into probability math instead of a blind coin flip.

Items on the table, a handcuff to skip an opponent's turn, a magnifying glass to check the next shell, a saw to double a live round's damage, exist to shift those odds in your favor rather than to replace the guessing entirely, and hoarding them instead of using one at the right moment is usually the losing habit. Once you've confirmed a shell is blank, firing at yourself to keep an extra turn is often the correct play rather than a wasted risk, since it costs nothing and denies your opponent a shot at you. Who Is Lying? runs on a similarly tense read-your-opponent tension, just without the shotgun.
