Bullet Bros

How to Play Bullet Bros ?

Bullet Bros builds its whole platforming feel around a single idea borrowed from its predecessor Flip Bros: firing your gun launches you backward, so movement and combat are the same action rather than two separate systems.

That means a shot fired at an enemy below you doubles as a jump boost, and one aimed downward while airborne can extend a jump much further than the base platforming physics allow on their own, useful for clearing gaps that look intentionally too wide otherwise. Because ammo and recoil are the same resource, spraying shots at every enemy on screen tends to leave you with less control over your own momentum right when a level demands a precise landing. Starting with Flip Bros first shows how the recoil-jump platforming worked before the gun got added.
