Glitch Dash

Glitch Dash keeps forward motion constant and puts the whole challenge on when you jump, slide, or dodge, a single mistimed input against a wall of obstacles ends the run instantly, which makes the game closer to a rhythm test than a traditional platformer.

Because obstacles repeat in recognizable patterns rather than generating randomly, a few failed attempts at a specific stretch usually teach the exact timing needed to clear it cleanly on the next try, treating a death as information rather than pure bad luck. Grabbing gems mid-run is worth doing only when it doesn't interrupt the rhythm of dodging, chasing one off the main path is rarely worth the run it costs. Geometry Dash runs on a very similar rhythm-and-reflex dash format with a music-synced twist.
