Hollow Knight: Silksong

Hollow Knight: Silksong is Team Cherry's follow-up to the beloved metroidvania Hollow Knight, and this time you play as Hornet, the quick, needle-wielding princess-protector last seen as a boss and ally in the original. Captured and carried to the unfamiliar kingdom of Pharloom, she has to fight her way up from its depths to the shining citadel at its peak, unravelling why she was brought there along the way.

Hornet plays faster and more acrobatically than the original's Knight: she sprints, vaults off walls, and stitches together aerial combos with her needle and silk-based skills. Combat leans aggressive, rewarding players who close distance and keep the pressure on rather than turtling behind a nail. Along the road are more than 150 new enemies, huge hand-drawn bosses, crafting benches, and hunter's tools you equip loadout-style. Fans of tough, exploration-heavy action like Vex 8 will feel at home in its winding, secret-filled map.
